Cumulative Score Chart
At the end of each round the person with the lowest cumulative score gets to swap one of their remaining teams with anyone else's remaining team within 7 seeds (ex: you can swap an 8 seed for a 1 seed or a 10 seed for a 3 seed).

Tie-breaker #1: sum of remaining seeds, highest sum gets the swap.
Tie-breaker #2: head-to-head records.
Tie-breaker #3: A disinterested party picks a number between 1-100. Person with closest number gets the swap (E: 63, T: 72, K: 18, M: 44).

The person awarded the swap:
- can only use it to swap their own team.
- must use it before any games start in the next round.
- can't use the swap unless they have at least one team remaining.
- must swap a team with a higher or equal seed (e.g. can swap a 7 for a 3, but not a 3 for a 7).

The last swap will occur after the Elite 8 and before the Final Four.
